Key Responsibilities

- Equipment Selection: Choose optimal chillers, air handling units, and fans based on project needs and budgets.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all designs follow safety rules and local building standards.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to integrate mechanical plans.
Required Skills and Software
- AutoCAD & Revit: Use computer-aided design tools to draft precise 2D and 3D schematics.
- Calculation Tools: Run programs like HAP or Hevacomp for thermal load analysis.
- BIM Knowledge: Apply Building Information Modeling for modern construction coordination.
- Technical Writing: Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs), technical reports, and tender documents
